Buying Information

Charts Unlimited is available for purchase in three options:

  • Silver License: $995

    • Immediate upgrade to a panoply of new features throughout the entire spectrum of chart usage.
    • Immediate access to more than 100 new tools ("macros") that facilitate the process of building chart-centric reports.
    • An initial 3 month period of timely response to technical problems and special technology issues.
    • One Developer seat. Additional Developer seats can be purchased for $300 each.
    • At the end of the initial 3 months, you can elect to renew the license for an additional 3 months period for $495 - or move up to Gold or Platinum or revert back to the original library.

  • Gold License: $1995. Includes everything at the "Silver" support level, plus:

    • An initial 12 month period of timely response to technical problems and special technology issues.
    • An initial 12 month period of timely access to the Three D Graphics development staff for resolution of chart support issues of every nature.
    • Unlimited Developer seats
    • At any time during the initial 12 month period, the User can move up to Platinum (with credit for the unused period), or option license another 12 month period for $995, or revert back to the original library.

  • Platinum: $2995. Includes everything at the "Gold" support level, plus:

    • An initial 12 month period of timely response to special chart requirements.
    • Guarantee of "technology evergreen" through quarterly reports.
    • Guarantee of "aesthetic evergreen" through quarterly additions.

Special Note: At any time during an initial Gold or Platinum license period, if the User is dissatisfied for any reason, the license can be canceled and the User can - with a single click - revert back to the original library with a proportional refund of the unused fee.
