Hi,

I'm trying to userfill to shade the bottom part of the chart. I would like the shading to move based on a variable for each chart of the report. Is it possible to do this? In the example below, if the variable had a value of 50, then the bottom 50% of the chart would be shaded.
@USER_FILL 0.0 1.0 0.0 0.{file.field} 245 245 180

Yes this can be done.
You'll need to read-up in our online manual about how to do "parameter Substitution".

Basically, you'll add your field to the show-field list in the ChartExpert and then reference it in the macro. The couple of pages in the manual make it pretty clear and your CRChart demo includes a .rpt file called "Runtime_parameter_substitution.rpt" that is a simple demo as well.
